across the healthcare ecosystem. As Senior Director of Educational Programming at the Nashville Health Care Council, she oversees all
cohort-based programs—from emerging leaders to the C-suite—and
leads content and curriculum development for the Council’s year-
round educational offerings. Lydie’s career spans nonprofit leadership, performance improvement, and healthcare strategy. At the American Hospital Association, she led national quality improvement initiatives in partnership with the CDC and CMS, supporting hospitals in achieving measurable outcomes, including significant reductions in hospital-acquired infections. Her prior work includesexpanding behavioral health access and driving operational efficiencies in community health settings, as well as advancing public health priorities through state and regional partnerships. She is the creator and host of Access with Lydie, a podcast spotlighting innovators who are reimagining access to care. Named a
